Eligibility
Cancellations are allowed within 4 hours of placing the order.
Refunds are issued either as store credit (default) or to the original payment method, where applicable.
Refunds Are Not Applicable If:
More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
Items were bought with store credit.
Product is customized or part of a final sale.
Product has been used or packaging is incomplete.

Once reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
